Return & Refund Policy – Urbnkart

At Urbnkart, we aim to deliver quality products sourced through trusted partners like Meesho.

Returns Eligibility:

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery
  • Can not accept return after Dispatch .
  • Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging
  • Applicable only for:
    • Damaged products
    • Defective items
    • Wrong product delivered

Non-returnable items:

  • Personal care products (for hygiene reasons)
  • Used or damaged-after-use items

Refund Process:

  • Once approved, refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
  • Refund will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit (for COD)
